Balto is built to order; designed to your specifications, your needs, your lifestyle. Similar to getting a bespoke suit, our clients generally know what they are looking for and want but if not no worries we will help guide you along the way. You dream, we build.
Step 2
Schedule a consultation phone call where you speak to the owner of Balto to answer any further questions you might have and to design your build over the phone. After the phone call an email will be sent outlining your design along with a contract. You are also welcome to visit our workshop in Austin, TX by appointment to view the builds in person.
Step 3
50% deposit will be asked to secure your build slot and the process begins. We will source you a vehicle and start bringing your dream to life. Pictures will be taken throughout the build and emailed to keep you updated on the progress of your Defender.
Step 4
Once the build is finished the vehicle is driven for approximately 500 miles during a shakedown test drive to ensure that everything is up to the Balto standard. Upon completion of this the remaining 50% balance will be asked.
Step 5
Your Balto is loaded into an enclosed trailer and delivered to you. All out of state sales must be collected outside of Texas to avoid being charged Texas State Sales Tax. If located outside of the US or UK your Balto will be shipped to your country and then further transport will be scheduled to deliver to your door.
Step 6
If any problems occur to the engine or drivetrain you are protected by a 2 year unlimited mile warranty.
